Terms and Conditions

• Your contract will automatically renew at the end of your term..
• Notice of cancellation must be e-mailed to Sales Support 30 days prior to the end of your term to discontinue automatic billing.
• If you cancel your subscription before the end of your term, Apptix will not refund any remaining balance.
• Price plans, features and service terms subject to change without notice.
• Data transfer is limited to 3 GB total per month. Additional data transfer will be charged at a rate of $15/500 MB
• Apptix reserves the right to limit bandwidth capacity and/or file download of any or all sites at its sole discretion.
• Customers must adhere to the Apptix Acceptable User Policy and Apptix Terms and Conditions.
