Out-of-the-Box Custom Templates for Windows® SharePoint™ Services

To help you to develop a site that meets the specific needs of your business and organization, Microsoft® has developed a number of customizable templates for workspaces and sites. These templates have been created to support certain specific departmental and organizational functions and tasks. They are available for download from Microsoft website at no cost, and can be used with all SharePoint accounts, including the 30-day Free Trial:
